He currently serves as Professor of Eminence at the Department of Dermatology, Sri Ramachandra Institute of Higher Education and Research (SRIHER), Chennai.

His leadership as Dean of Sri Ramachandra Medical College significantly strengthened academic and postgraduate medical programs.
